We are currently recruiting for a company based in Watford who are currently looking for a PPM Administrator to come onboard and join their team. For this role you will need to have extensive planning experience and be confident when it comes to scheduling engineers.
My clients are continuously growing and for this reason they need an extra pair of hands to work in a busy planning team!
You will be responsible for planning projects in advance, organising the engineers' diaries, processing orders and liaising with suppliers.
Strong scheduling experience is a must for this role and you must be a car owner driver due to their location.
PPM Administrator duties:
- Processing quotes for PPM related works
- Logging, Booking, and closing calls PPM and remedial Calls.
- Scheduling /co-ordinating Engineers' jobs throughout the day and end of day
- Tracking and updating escalation tracker.
- Monitoring Engineer attendance for SLA's
- Ensure any customer complaints are escalated
- Produce quotes in timely manner
