We are recruiting for one of our well established property development companies based in the heart of Uxbridge, who are looking to bring onboard a Customer Executive to join their growing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless, positive, and customer-centric journey for our client's customers from the initial point of contact through to post-handover support. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and fostering long-term relationships.

Customer Executive duties:
- Oversee the customers journey from start to finish
- Encourage referrals
- Collect feedback to identify areas where customers experience can be improved
- Ensure that customer information, documents, and selections are accurately recorded and tracked
- Attend site visits regularly
- Ensure customers are regularly updated on the status of their property and any relevant processes, reducing anxiety and keeping buyers informed.
- Coordinate with various departments
